Early Sewan Kazak 6' x 8'

An early example of the Sewan Kazak, with a large green medallion almost filling the field. The square dimensions indicates an early date, as does the rich colour and wonderful looking back. Interesting to have the 'Waterbug' border. A striking and collectable rug in great condition, with minor restoration.

Condition: Mostly full, original pile, with small areas of expert repiling. Main picture shows pre-restoration condition.
