Heriz runner
A solid runner with a bright aspect. The three large rosettes sit on a dark blue field surrounded by the meandering floral border common to rugs of Northern Iran. Apart from the pale yellow the colours are bright and with every inch covered in decoration it is a busy and attractive runner. The construction is remarkably strong and it could certainly cope with the heaviest of traffic.

Condition: A little wear and one end has some loss but has been stabilised. There is an area of 3 x 3cm where the pile is stiff due to an old stain.
