Qashqai horse cover flatweave
A colourful wool horse cover flatwoven ‘ghileem’ Kilim technique. Used during ceremonial occasions, such as weddings, to cover the horse when ridden with other riders. A rare and collectible example of an unusual generic type of tribal weaving.
